Who We Are

CN Vision Image Consulting was founded by Chelsea Nguyen, a beauty industry veteran and Certified Rehabilitation Professional with a passion for making style and self-care accessible to all. Inspired by her step-sister’s vision loss, Chelsea combined her salon expertise with adaptive teaching methods to support individuals who are blind, have low vision, or live with disabilities. Through hands-on training in grooming, social skills, and everyday confidence-building, CN Vision delivers practical, personalized guidance that helps clients thrive—wherever they are and wherever they’re going.
