Chelsea Nguyen - Founder and CEO

Chelsea Nguyen is the founder of CN Vision Image Consulting, a company dedicated to empowering individuals who are blind, visually impaired, aging, or have disabilities through adaptive beauty techniques and essential life skills. A Certified Rehabilitation Professional and seasoned image consultant, Chelsea draws on over 25 years in the beauty industry—including her experience as owner of Chelsea’s Hair International—to support clients in building confidence and independence. Inspired by her late step-sister’s journey with vision loss, Chelsea transitioned from salon ownership to full-time vocational rehabilitation in 2016. She now specializes in teaching non-visual methods for makeup, grooming, and styling, helping clients safely care for themselves with dignity and pride. Through CN Vision, she combines her technical expertise with deep compassion to help others feel their best in any setting.

Tali Ruta - Communications Intern

Tali is a Senior at the University of Houston majoring in Strategic Communications with a minor in Marketing. She enjoys writing and creating digital content utilizing the skills she has learned in college. When she's not working or studying, she enjoys fashion, shopping, and watching sports.

Simon Miner - Digital Accessibility Consultant

Simon Miner is the founder of Pedal Point Solutions, an agency dedicated to helping organizations learn, practice, and experience digital accessibility. He is a Certified Web Accessibility Professional with IAAP and has over 25 years of experience in web development and software engineering. Simon has given  presentations and training on web accessibility to corporations, colleges, and community organizations for more than 10 years. He also creates software tools to help people with disabilities better use the Internet such as the Site Unseen and Sound Pointer Chrome extensions, the Song Clock web app, and the award-winning Inclusiville website.
